How to contact support after a digital order

What to include when you ask Buxly for help with an order, and how emergency refund requests work.

Find your order number

Every Buxly order has a number that starts with BX-. You will find it in your account under order history and on the order page itself.

Reach us on Discord

Support runs through the Buxly Discord server, linked in the footer of every page. Share your order number and a short description of the problem. Please never post gift card codes publicly.

Emergency refund requests

If an order is marked delivered but something went wrong, you can file an emergency refund request from the order page with a reason. Our team reviews each request. Attempts to abuse refunds can lead to a temporary account ban.
